Thanks to everyone who came out and supported the event, we hope you had as much fun as we did seeing Portsmouth shine!

A special shout-out to those who braved freezing snow to set up, and stayed extra late on Friday night to pack everything away before the storm hit. We’re looking at you Victorious Team and Yardboiz!
We Shine is all about bringing something special to Portsmouth in the winter—something free, accessible, and full of creativity. We’re proud to create a space for our city to shine, and we couldn’t have done it without the support of our fantastic partners: Arts Council England, Portsmouth City Council, The University of Portsmouth, Victorious Festival, and all our incredible delivery partners and shining stars.
