Beautifully created during a series of magical workshops with Mrs
Blossom Makes and her team, the delightful doors were individually
handmade by children across Portsmouth in schools and groups, as well
as on the children’s ward at Queen Alexandra Hospital.

Thoughtfully displayed in a captivating installation to awaken your
belief, and take you back to the days searching for fairies and elves
at the bottom of the garden, this corner of Victoria Park will bring a
smile to your face and a twinkle to your eye.

You’ll be guaranteed a fairy good time so stop by to take a s-elfie.
No one is too old for magic, so leave a little sparkle wherever you
go…

Artist Bio:

Mrs Blossom is a self taught local creative providing tailor made craft workshops for children and families of all ages and abilities across Hampshire and the surrounding areas. She has run workshops for Portsmouth City Museum & Gallery, The Kings Theatre – Portsmouth, Chichester Festival Theatre, The Portsmouth Guildhall and numerous schools in & around Hampshire. Having trained as a Stage Manager at Rose Bruford, Joanna has worked in the arts industry for over 20 years including managing stages at Butlins and running a successful entertainment company, with her husband, producing shows for holiday resorts across the country. More recently she has also worked in education before leaving her role to set Mrs Blossom Makes in 2018.
