Kick off the holiday season and start your Christmas shopping at We Create Market!

Celebrate the season and find unique Christmas gifts at this year’s We Create Market! This popular pop-up event takes over another exciting location – the Pitt Street Skatepark, formerly the Sainsbury’s building near Commercial Road.

Stroll through stalls featuring talented local makers, designers, and artists offering one-of-a-kind arts, crafts, and goods. The market’s lively atmosphere is perfect for holiday shopping, and with extended hours—open until 9 pm on Friday and Saturday and from 12 pm to 5 pm on Sunday—you’ll have plenty of time to browse.

New for this year  – Young Creatives at We Create Market
We Shine is a fantastic opportunity to support the next generation of Portsmouth’s young makers and creatives. Through partnerships with HSDC and City of Portsmouth College, we’re providing young creatives the chance to showcase their talents, develop new skills, and engage with the community through the We Create Market Young Creative Area. This mentorship has enabled the next generation of creatives to develop new products and bring these fresh ideas and unique creations to market. We Create Markets – Young Creatives not only enables their creative growth, it also helps shape a vibrant future for the city’s cultural landscape.

Shop local and support local at this year’s We Shine!

Important Note:Sainsbury’s Carpark is closed, the market entrance will be pedestrian-only via Frederick Street, directly across from the Market-Way car park. Nearby parking is available at Market Way and Clarence Street car parks.
